Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The URL or a description of the material you want removed, precise enough for us to locate it.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required by the DMCA. We may restore the material as the DMCA permits.

Repeat infringers

We may remove content and restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
